King Bee Baby

Monday normal day recovering from the
race the day before trying to incorporate yoga
moves with appliance repair.
Done for the day and heading home, list of stuff to do
and the last week of tee ball.
Coming out of the marsh going on to River Valley Drive, and
smack right in the eyebrow, as the dumb thing rattled around in my
Rudy's I am sure that it got me twice.
Getting through the initial pain. This happens once or twice a season
especially since I am on the bike from Feb to December.
Take my glasses off and spray my face with water why not sure but felt good.
Now the weird stuff starts to happen every pore on my body starts to itch.
First I think that it is just all in my head but it hurts and it is not good.
Body takes over and I am flying through the crushed gravel to get home.
Race in the door strip the kit off and jump in a cold shower again
not sure why just felt good.
Towel and have Sophia call mom,I take over as she
can't find the number.
Leave a message.
Sophia is getting worried I am swelling and breathing gets
weird. Anna calls and tells me that she is coming home and to take some allergy meds.
Get to the urgent care can't see out of my eyes and throat is swelling.
Now comes the Epi Pin and crazy legs.
Puffy starts to go away. Now sleep.
Wake up to find my left eye totally shut.
Back to the Doc's more drugs, and here 25 hours
later still swollen.
Not fun but still here ready to fight another day.

One Track MInd

Long haul to Elk River MN for the 6th race in the series. After a good one in Eau Claire I was felling like I was ready to go.
A huge nasty storm had rolled through the area on Saturday night which had the trail crews out cutting up tress starting at 5:30 AM.
The course is a good one 98% single track and really twisty and tourney. Sophia was the first to go and sporting a new lid which was meant for mom and racing for her friend who had just past away she looked good.
As i was warming up I came across her walking back to the car ,,, tire going flat and body totally bonked,,, she had let her self down I just offered a supportive ear.
My turn next ,,, with a few races miss in the series I did not get a call so I lined up in the second row. Still had a good amount of racers as may more were off in Colorado racing Natz..
Go and we are off to the first hill and prologue to sort it out before the lap started. In to the woods in about 8th place call out a pass or two and got on H-woods wheel. As we moved through the woods I went to pass as he dropped a pedal and I got jammed on a stump. Back on and charging now the group in front has slammed on the breaks. So course tape had not been taken down and as every one scrambled under I got the tape around my neck and it took off my glasses. Back on the bike as NO ONE WAITED for me to get going again. Now I am chasing the group that I was once a head of. Spent the rest of the first lap chasing and finally caught back on only to have some rider fight to get around me and slow up.
So that is where I stood for the rest of the race chasing to get back on while pulling two guys to the line. Rode hard and rode strong,, a few slips cost me some $$ but it was a fun day of suffering and so much more fun that getting stung in the face by a bee...
Buck Hill will be next and I have some redemption for that hill....
Thanks to Twin Six , Uvex, Norhwave, and Hollywood helps so much to have you guys
along for the ride. The King is coming and will be here soon.
And to the mystery sponsor you rock and thank you..

Salty

It has been a bit nutz here
as of late.
The Kid and i did go and race over the weekend at the 6th stop for wors.
Sophia had a great race pushing it hard for sixth overall and a good day for being
off the bike for 3 weeks.
My self well I don't like flat races ,,, so I pushed it as hard as I could for
30 miles. Not a bad finish would always like to go faster, but sometimes
you can only do what you can do. Bike rode well and I was well cooled on the head and feet
with top notch products from both Uvex and Northwave.
More test to come if we can make it,,,, the almighty dollar always has the last say.
Go fast then go faster.

PeopleForBikes TV spot

Maxed Out

It is Thursday and I have not been on dirt once this week.
Driving me nutz.
Between rain work and life
I have not found the time to get the single track bug worked out.
Would ride tonight but heading to the Tostin bike shop
to get Anna's bike back together so she can ride tomorrow.
Good size test this weekend just up the road from the house.
A flat river bottom course on that can hurt if
your gear is too big or too small. It is trying to find the balance.
Balance like trying to get in the hours that you may need or want
through out a busy week.
I was able to get some work done yesterday in the thick
pea soup fog, but after the second
climb my 9-5 was calling.
Short sweet intensity some
times
all you can get. Fill the legs with acid then recover.
Sounds like what it will be this weekend.
Go fast Right?

Enzo

It sure has been one hell
of a Roller coaster ride here
lately. Broken bikes and shushed dreams.
But the wheels still turn. I have been
able to get Anna to kinda fit on to Sophia's
old 1400 not the dream bike but better than nothing.
Great to  see the passion and desire to ride spill out of her.
Rain has been the weather Dejesus lately and it is getting old. I bagged the race on sunday,
which is one of my most favorites in the area. Got up and watch weather move in to the venue area.
Racing on the forth is an old tradition that goes back to the early years of the firecracker. I have heard mixed results on how muddy the course was but regardless it was another lap shorted race. I know that rain happens and the art of racing in the rain is a necessary evil. But can't afford to keep
trashing bikes due to muddy conditions.
Could be worse I could have watch all that I have trained for vanish on a
greasy Belgium road. Efforts will be raised and work will be hard results
will come and the bikes will roll faster.
 Or get
Blowen up Sir!

Craptastic

Anna's Bike:(
Parts are going to be needed.

Heart of Gold?

Got out
for a few hours on the dirt
bike yesterday.
All was felling pretty good, and
all riding well. With the warmth that is
upon us I was happy that my Razors
kept my feet nice and cool.
Bikes are prepped not sure
what to think. Weather may
become once again and I am tired of
cleaning mud off of bikes.
May be pick and choose time with
one test right after another.
Regardless at lest I don't have to go up Little French twice
tomorrow. That can really
Hurt.

Brothers Cup

Watching weather
has become a sport almost as
time consuming as bike riding. Lots of eyes to the sky
and computer screens as the Subaru Cup got closer.
A nasty thunder storm rolled through the area
late friday night. I was sure that the
race would be a mud fest.

Get to Mt Morris and check out the trails
fry and getting dryer. So I plunked down some money
and started to get ready. As the cat 2 race went they
helped squeeze more water out of the trails making
it ready for the rest of us.
The line up was a mess it was a free for all to get to the
line first. This ended up being a big part of a good start to the
race.
Don yelled go and we were off up hill and heading to the single
track.
In to the woods following some the juniors that got line up first
it turned in to a pin ball game with the rocks and the tall ferns.
Around to the pond and back into the woods to start climbing.
So far the course was great and fast. Down then back up.
Now this last up was a bit of a bitch good and steep with no
sustained climbing really punch quick power and
soft like a sponge. This part hurt had to do a
few cyclo-cross moves to keep going.
Four more times around.
Felt ok started a bit to hard and payed for it.
Good ride good training I want more.
Red Wing is next and it should be dry.

Here is the end and a bit of pain..

Setting

Tension is thick and the
muggy air is gone.
Out in the late evening
for a quick spin to see how the legs and the bike
are getting along.
Could still fell a bit of the other morning
but movement came easy.
With the low angle of the sun the
shapes and colors were electric.
Through out the woods blaze orange shot holes
in the Forest.
Finished off with the fire ball sliding behind the horizon.
If it rains tomorrow night the
cup could be a mess worth missing.

Drill or be drilled

Few days out from the
Cup.
Should be the biggest race of the summer.
Feel ok, need some recovery.....spinning the
SsCx in at the 5AM group ride broke a dish or two.
Hard work should pay off.
Bike is sounding good
now just wanting some good sleep.
Is it Time?

Gouge your wAy

Out for some bike practice up at the HPT.
Felt good to back out on the Dirt.
Bike was riding good and legs felt strong just not fast.
Trying to figure out which ratio is going to be the
right one for the Cup.
Bit more work needs to be done
before saturday.
Rolling home from the hill all I could think of
was I wanted more, one of those days where I felt that
I could rode for hours and hours and hour.
All you dads out there have a good
day.

Keep Moving

Low budget blue collar racing that is
what goes on here.
If it was not for all my great sponsors I would not
be able to keep going.
These folks put clothes on my back, parts on my bike
rubber on the ground and nourishment in my belly.
Life here is a simple all that is wanted is to ride
race and give my family the chance to enjoy their time on this rock.
Looking at life on two wheels, it is a life worth living.

Life worth Living

Finding moments of Bliss as I
repeated my efforts up the hill.
Work makes me think of other things, rather
than my ears bleeding due to finical struggles.
If my legs are turning circles I can't dwell to long on the
here and now. It is all about the there and then.
Dodging rain drops kept me in bed this morning.
Should have been up to ride the group wave.
More wet on the way.

Never EnOugh

Mornings are great times for movement.
With the expanded daylight all I want to do is go.
Riding Metal and dressed in Metal
my goal was to cause some pain.
This would not be hard from my jog on Sunday.
Hills and then some more hills,
I fell like that is a great wake up, need to get a plan for
tomorrow. May just get the SSCX out and
find some more hills.
Anna got a dotty package from the
T6 crew today. Big smiles as she headed
out for a late afternoon ride.
The cup is coming will I be ready?

Muck

Du Lac:::
Long story sort I packed it in.
Not my style but could not push the bike any longer.
1st mistake was changing tires thought that I was
smart and put on the big treads.
No they just collected the mud.
Second mistake giving up.
About 3/4 of a mile in to the second lap
already pushing and not having my wheels spin,
I said enough.
Doomed from the start.
Big props go out to the Kid who finished
2+ hours for some 7-8 miles.
And all the rest of the the Elite's
who slogged it out was not my day.
That being said three hours of cleaning today,
still have some work to do new chains and grease in places
that have red clay as Phil Wood lube.
Shoes still drying and some wounds to lick.
Next race is the big show no mailing this one in no
1/2 asses. It is either all ass in or get on out.

All up from Here

Sunday in big sky country or Afton Alps.
Big blue skies and great temp's.
Sophia was going off first with the #1 call up to the line.
After they all got staged they were off.
Found a good spot on the descent to watch and I could
not believe  my eyes she was the first one
of the girls to rip the hill down to the start finish.
She turned down the had up and took off,
we waited again for another 30ish mins and there she was all smiles
crossing the line in 1:06 great time and a great win.
My turn next.
Lots of guys showing up to a hilly race and some really fast guys too.
After the call up's tried to relax and get my mind set.
Go,,,,,, Spun off the front as fast as i could
getting gobbled up on the first small hill
and into the flat before the single track.
Sitting about 30th I had work to do and
some big climbs to do it on.
Worked hard on the first section up to Shady Lane.
Now groups started to form.
Worked with Oach's and Barry and Jo Mama,
but the biggest pulls came from Young Jake.
for the next three laps we took turns pull and trying to
get our gap to grow.
Last time up Shady Lane legs tired but
Knowing that the end was in sight I searched the
dark corners of the pain cave to see what I had.
Was able to crate a bigger gap to the chasers and
flew down the final hill. Under 2 hours and across the
line first in class and 10th over all..
It was a good day and a good bit of training for what is to come.
Thanks to all for the help and support could
not do it with out you all.....

Get That Shut?

Mays is in the books and
I can look back with a bit of
reflection and be happy with the work that has been
done. It is time to see some of it pay off
but I need to be patient and smart all at the same time.
Slowing down today and taking it easy which has
not happened in a while. The next 3 come one after another and
being fresh is going to help.
A bit of work on the Spot tonight and then an
easy test tomorrow with maybe the Kid we'll see.
Watching the weather to see what sunday will bring.
SSCx to work first time in a while that that one
has been out.

My holy Shit moment

End of the ride this morning chasing down
Nelson who took off the front. Dan P and I decending to catch, two corners left and
just about to pass when I see him lock up the
brakes I do the same and then DP.
A deer was standing in the middle.
We all thought we were going down, deer did a scooby-DU
and got out of there.
Holy Shit...

3 Sheets to the Wind

Trails are healthy so healthy that it is hard to see in some places.
Not sure if this is rhubarb or some thing else.
A nice three day weekend and nothing but fat tires for me.
Lots of solo time on the trails getting ready for Afton.
Bike is riding good minus the small issues that I had this week.
I feel like something that resembles form is becoming to take
shape.
It has been a good block of work since the last race one more
day of hard work then I can work on the final bits
like gear selection.
Wish I could light a fire under the kid she is bumming me out.
Can't get to her to get  that eye of the tiger no drive.. Loves
race day when things go well and all praise her
but wont do the work in between. And the excuse of her
being a teenager is a bunch of Shit.
We'll just have to see what hand gets played and
how she handles it?
For the rest of you get out there make those wheels
roll have fun and go FAST!!

Lance to the rescue

This morning was going great in the woods right up until the
time that I got a flat.
Ok stop pull out the spare and wouldn't you know
that had a small tear in it.
So now I am walking out of the woods for the second time this week.
Use a phone at the trail head and Sophia and Grandma are going to
run me up a tube and a pump....don't want to waste the CO2.
As I walk down the road to meet them I am passed and passed and passed.
The last Truck to go by has a stuperfly on it and I think to my self
that this is a small town and I bet i'll see this guy in the
shop some day.
Next thing that I hear is the sound of the big truck coming up from behind.
It was Lance...Have not seen this guy in about a year,,,
had tube a air compressor and saved the day.
Had to get home for the big birthday party so the ride was not as long as first intended.
I did get a chance to rip my bike apart and look for the noise.
I think that  I found it. I was running a new pair of race face cranks that
wanted you to use pedal washers we'll the pedals were good and loose
do to the washers. I put last years pair of cranks back on their was nothing wrong with
the old ones I was just attracted to the new and shiny. Pulled the BB cups and greased them all up
got it back together and now it rolls like it should.
The kid and I are hitting the dirt in the morning and the weather is going to be unreal.
Now if there was only a swimming pool to go and jump in..

Astorman

Rode in the woods
this morning on the way to work and had much better results than on
monday.
Such a great way to start the day ripping through
the woods with surf/punk rock blaring in your ears. Plus with the
down sizing of gears movement felt easier.
The trails are starting to get overgrown and it is only the
end of May..
End of may how can that be seems like summer is
going to fly by.
Need to come up with way to get the kid out and
training. She needs a C Ball or a
girlfriend who she can ride with other than
her lame old man.
Should be a fun weekend no racing
just riding and
then next sunday comes Afton..
Things go Up from there..

Thunder and more..

First MN race was yesterday.
The kid kill it after being pissed that she
had to race in wet sloppy conditions.
Not sure what she was mad about I had to clean her
bike and that was a 1.5 hour project.
Great to see her pull off a win just wish i could motivate her to
ride in between race days.
For me it was good fast start and rode the single well.
I was worried that I would burn to many matches as they say,
but should have stuck with my plan.
End ok got nipped at the line.
From here on out the races go up hill and I like that.
More to come more miles to ride and
more matches to burn.

T6 saved my Day

I spent the day today
like most days driving my work van form one
broken POS to another POS.
Today was a bit different.. because all the radio around here is country
or classic rock I flip between NPR and ESPN.
And this day all the talk was about cycling.
Not because it is one of the best things that you can do with with your clothes on. No
it was because some DouscheBag came out and said that after
years of telling the world that he was not a doper and that he was wronged
he was lying.
I remember watching him the day that he had to make up all the time after loosing so much the day
before. Followed the stories and court hearings and appeals trying to clear his name.
I wanted to believe that he was a good guy.
But now he has cast a dark cloud over the cycling world.
I don't care that he is trying to bring down others in the sport,
do i think that others are as guilty ,,,,,,Sure.....
Where my heart breaks is when the only press in the US that cycling
gets is when it is bad press.
This a great sport full of great people, and as Coward said it is
not the dirtiest sport on the planet.
Cycling has cleaned up and is cleaning up are their bad apples still in the bunch?
At least cycling bans riders when the break the rules unlike the NFL and Baseball.
Now yes they do get punished but  they can also Appeal and still play even though
they have failed a test. Kevin and Pat Williams.

Ok enough that is it said my bit.
to me their is so much more good that cycling can do.
And I live it every day.
Can't get enough of it and
when you come home and find this at Lunch .
Smiles tend to grow.
Big race this Saturday in MN
then the next some trail shredding with  the kid at Lebanon.
Get out ride your bike see new place.
Ride with Pride and Go Fast!!!

HPT Uber Alles

Saturday saw the wheels spinning.
With blue bird above and no
wind for what seemed like for ever the was setting up nice.
I went out with Anna first to show her
the route from the house to the Cut.
More traffic than one would have liked
and it seemed like every asshole with a drivers license was out.

At the top of the cut we started to see lots of
motorcycles up to about 200+
and they made the valley floor interesting..
Got home and changed kits and
pick up the kids from Grandma's house.
Sophia and i took off from there on fat tires.
We ran in to Casey on the way up, he was in town for the weekend
taking a break from his wrench job out west for the Big S.
The dirt was great bike was making noises which later were found
to be a bent front ring,,,,,,still waiting on a new one from the Spot HQ.
Sophia rode good moving well through the trees  and smiling the
whole time.
A good day for bikes with so much more to come,
Dirt for me and some road for the girls.
First big MN test next saturday,,so time to get ready.
Now there is bike racing on the internet and later on the TV.
Going to be a good day!!

Give me convenience

Monday morning, a rush
to get moving and out the door with only one thing on my mind..
And it was not the start of the work week.
It was

Riding dirt to work is one of the best ways to start your
day.
Spinning circles in the early morning sunlight
with all the smells of blossoms and
woodland creatures running around.
The pounding sound of Jello and Gibby yelling in
my ears.
And Single track lots and lots of it.
The big issue is getting out of the house, the coffee
is warm the bed says that you have not used it long enough
and time ends to slip away.
But it is all worth it for some ribbons in the woods.
This time of year if you keep your eyes open.
You get to see all kinds of good stuff, some hard to find and others
all over the place.
Eight hours later and a bag that is empty because I
ate all the food only one thing left to do.
Spin some more circles on the dirt that started
my day.
Now I can sleep and dream about all the single
track that I rode today.

Up and Up

This morning was
a morning that I wish that I had my camera.
Out the door a bit later than i wanted but this way I could just
ride to work.
Nothing makes the day start off well like
riding single track on the way to
the job.
Sky was full of color and the woods are
starting to explode with green flowers are fighting for
sun light and the trails were in
unreal condition.
Was not felling super fast but that was not the goal
the goal was to ride a bike and
smile.
Mission Accomplished.

NFA

4:55 came quick this morning,
out the door by 5:30.
I was hoping for a nice recovery
ride with an easier pace but the likes of Milt and Deetz had other
ideas.
Good work legs responded and I did not get after any of sprinting that seems to
happen in group rides, just a bunch of spinning.
I want and need to get back out on the
single dirt bike, more climbing and
work need to be done.
The next test is another
flat wide open single track race.
Pain will once again be in my face.
Like This.

One down

One Race weekend in the books.
After a short hard effort on saturday with
the TT it was time to get ready for the
first installment of WORS.
Tom K, Sophia and I loaded the
29ers and headed east.
Sophia was off first and did well for her second ride of the year.
In total Hollywood fashion she hit the hole shot,
but form there worked here way back finishing
14th overall and 2 in age group.
Good day for the kid I think that she now may want to
ride more.
For me I got lined up in the third row, with no Idea what to expect.
I never looked over my shoulder to see what was there.
The report is that 107 guys were lined up for the Elite race.
At that sound of Don's Go we were off and their were a lot
of elbows and shoving for position. I manged to stay up
and keep contact with some of the fast guys.
First lap was all about sorting out the single and
trying to make some gaps stick. I worked
with who ever was there.
Lap two came and the pain in the legs from the day before had
drifted as I worked for a while with Ronsta and another SS racer.
By lap 3 the traffic from the Comp and Women started
to stack up. From here on out it was a game of
ON YOUR LEFT and trying to push the pace.
Came across the line in 1:48
28th. I can take that for a starter,
wont see crowds like this again till the Subaru Cup.
Huge thanks to Magura, Spot, Kenda, Maverick, Nortwave  , T6,
and everyone else who is helping me keep the dream alive.

TT

Song #1 is not A

Things have been quite
here on the home front. Been working on a bit of rest
and recovery while life keeps moving a warp speed.
Always glad for the weekends, this one has the
potential to be a big one.
Dirt race season kicks off tomorrow with
the first WorS, and the mental games have
begun in my gray matter. The old questions 54 or 58
spin or mash what works the best. Which ever that is
a task for the day get the bike race ready get accustom to the new footwear
and be ready for Don's Gooooooooooo.
This eve the Bliss is shut down for a mini Alp de huez  2.3?
miles up 15$ gets you in. I was not going to do it but the more i think about it the more I
want to.
It should be a good leg opener for tomorrow. Went up on monday on the SScX and
was just outside of 10min... So I think that my Gunnar should be able to climb it faster.
More fun for the show fo sure.
Now more coffee some breakfast ans bike grease.
Have fun go fast RIDE a Bike.

Getting ready

Out yesterday in
the woods trying
to see how I felt and how the bike rode. Bike rode well
I felt like I had cement in each leg.
Need to shake that out.
Rode the new shoes to work
like the feel don't like the way they interact
with the Quartz pedals.
Think that i may go back to Time and
see how that works.
Rear brake giving me grief along with chain tension.
Big down side to horizontal drops. The
new Spots are built with a Paragon like
slider this changes the way the wheel  and brake line up.
All that said big test on sunday, hope I am ready,
now not sure about the kid came home with
two bags of ice on her legs,, some pop in here knee at
track. I told her to stop running unless cased.
Ride a bike.

I want to DesTroy YoU

Good work was done this week in
prep for racing today,
but mother nature had the last word.
Even if the rains were not as bad as last year,
the cost of entry for Sophia and I did not balance
out if it was going to be wet at all.
We have bigger fish to fry and that
all starts next week in Central Wisco.
Now I watch the winds blow and rain fall
wondering if their will be any wheels turning
or just some much need rest.?
Next weekend as coach would say is going to
break some dishes.
Love the race in Iola,, first one that I
did when I moved here and I learned quick
how fast things move.
The Questions are there>>Have I done
enough>> Can I hang in with the fast ones??
More specific work this week and then goooo.

You Rang?

With new rubber and brakes dialed
in, and off from work
a bit early it was time to celebrate earth day with shredding single tack.
Bike was riding sweet the new Marta brakes are
unreal never thought that stopping could be so easy.
The rear is squealing a bit but it should go away.
Trails are in great condition, i felt ok
legs a bit heavy but that is expected.
A good time in the wood is a one way to
stop the angry shadow in my head.
Cycling cures everything.
Now time to start thinking about the Dirt TT on sunday.
Ready or not here comes racing!!

Chickamauga

Forecast  is calling
for wet weather this
weekend. Why not it has been dry for weeks and now
that their is a race it needs to moisture in the air.
Last year it rained and rained and the
trail for the race was a quagmire and not like the funny
one from family guy.
I know that I don't need to race in a sloppy wet
mess to start the season.
I am ready and want to line up but will
watch the sky's be before I decide to
go to Iowa.

I love my bike more than You

With Racing only a week away
it was time to
push my self a bit harder through the week.
So happy to ride dirt on back to back days
and have a solid Emag ride friday morning.
The uno x uno's have been getting the work done.
Not sure if my calipers are lined perfect but I will get those dialed.
Bike is riding well and I have been feeling good.
Goals today were to enjoy a saturday.
Bikes were prepped  and the Kid and I went out.

Great to see her on a bike again.
and she rode so well.
A bit windy no really windy, but not in the woods.
In the woods it was all smiles.

We had a great ride and at the end
Anna and The James met
us at the trail head to take the boy for a ride.
He had a blast with his Taos jersey flapping in the wind.
Single track for the whole family.. Except the mom.
Anna braved the wind.. 20-30 mph winds on the
road bike. She too killed it not where
I would have like to ridden but riding a bike is better than not riding the bike.
It's better to regret something that you have done
than something that you haven't done...... And if you
see you mom this weekend Tell Her>>>>

Boss Race

The hole in the Quarry going up.
The hill coming up from the paved road is a grunt.
Think that things are coming along
pushing and spinning.
I know that as the races come
some guys are going to
be in mid summer form I hope that
I can be close to mid april form.
Until then.
This is how I feel when it is all over.
All Hail the Single Track!!!!

Not a craked Egg

First dirt ride in the books.
Did not have as much power as I would
have liked after yesterdays, 70+ suffer in the wind fest.
But it was still great quite in the woods
the bike rode well, the new parts smooth
and the rebuild on the fork was as good as it gets.
Got work to do>>> much more to come.
Wheels are getting dirty.!

Koppenberg

Rust never sleeps

Like Loverboy said everybody's
working for the weekend.
I was all ready to ride dirt with the kid,
all day long daydreaming about the trails.
And like clock work at 2:30 the sky's cracked open and
unleashed the furry of the seasons first
strong storm. Only lasted 10 minutes or so
but the damage was done.
So the Spot sits until things dry out.
My thoughts are to get up with the sun and ride before the easter
madness begins.
Might get after the group ride today don't do enough of those
and it may be nice to ride with someone. The whole month
of march I think that I only rode 40 miles out of 1000 with other two wheeled pilots.
Flanders is tomorrow so brew some coffee and make some waffles and
watch the fun that is the Tour Of Flanders.
NOW GO RIDE YOUR BIKE!!
