Cold out this morning but to not ski would have been crazier than not skiing. -8 when I got to the trail head, goal was one hour.. Ran in to a bunch from the Emag, and we skied around the forest.
The air was cold and the snow was even colder
which made the skis slow. Theses Atmic's just want to go fast but it was at times like skiing in place.
After it was all over I was cooked all efforts we
x2 because of the
slow snow but it was so nice and quite in the woods
the new snow felt so good.
Now time to get the wax right for tomorrow
for another day slip sliding away.
I hope the frosty effect is not the word of the day.
