Not much
Did not do anything outside today played with the boy and kept it on the DL. I did manage 1 hour on the rollers which worked out to 20 miles good base miles I would like to ride outside but until that happens I'll keep up what I have been doing. Sorry to Big Johnny big loss to his phily team i would like to see the saints take it all....

read your comment to squirrel's entry today. yup, finally winter out here in iowa...barely. about 8 inches of light and fluffy. squirrel took us all around--beaver dam, crack house in the woods, urban wilderness!
